Privirea trebuie orientat\u0103 direct \u00eenainte, la distan\u021b\u0103, iar clipitul trebuie s\u0103 fie f\u0103cut mai repede dec\u00e2t \u00een mod natural. Cu ajutorul acestui exerci\u021biu, filmul lacrimal se va regla, acoperind organul \u00een mod uniform. Suplimentar acestei tehnici, se poate efectua \u00eenchiderea ochilor pentru c\u00e2teva minute, cu acelea\u0219i efecte.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Focalizarea privirii se realizeaz\u0103 datorit\u0103 fenomenului numit acomoda\u021bie, prin intermediul c\u0103ruia cristalinul \u00ee\u0219i modific\u0103 grosimea \u0219i convexitatea.
